LAMPA, formed in 2013, have established themselves as a very popular and entertaining young Irish Trad band from the Midlands. The bedrock and core of the band lies firmly within the Irish Tradition, incorporating a mix of genres and themes into their performances, creating an innovative, unique party sound, perfect for any occasion.
Individually, members of the band have performed across Europe and played at many prestigious venues and festivals all over the UK such as Birmingham Town Hall & Symphony Halls, The London Feis 2011 (Finsbury Park), Moseley Folk Festival, Cambridge Folk Festival, The Trip to Birmingham TradFest, Birmingham ArtsFest, HMV Institute, Royal Albert Hall, Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and Celtic Connections.
Lampa regularly perform at a variety of different festivals, bars, parties, weddings and charity occasions right across the country.
